Job Summary

  • Take ownership of inbound loan applications and process them within the appropriate turn times

  • Provide an exceptionally positive experience to clients via phone and email communication

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, while staying caring and considerate

  • Request, prepare and file all necessary documentation for the loan package

  • Review, research, and correct mistakes in application for clients and team members

  • Ensure and comply with the established guidelines and regulations, as well as compliance and local law requirements

  • Submit complete and accurate files for approval, docs and funding

  • Maintain clarity and professionalism with our lenders and third party partnerships

  • Meet deadlines and close loans

  • Establish positive relationships with each team member at Brizzi Financial

  • Manage the preparation and sending of welcome boxes and closing gifts to all clients


Experience, Education, and Skills

  • Ability to work with strict deadlines

  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to learn new concepts to grow and advance

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with limited supervision, exercising own initiative and judgment

  • High school diploma or equivalency

  • Minimum one year loan processing or lending experience, preferably in a broker environment

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proactive attitude toward clients, supervisors, co-workers, and Brizzi Financial

  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills (comfortable on the phone is a must)

  • Time-management and organization skills
